Mr. Philip Józefek (or to the students – Mr. J) originates from Bradford, England but was raised in Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Isle of Man and Brunei Darussalam. He completed his BSc Hons degree at the University of Bradford in Medical Technology in Sport and then went on to do his PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Sunderland. While teaching on the international circuit, he has taught in Qatar, Mongolia, Croatia, Azerbaijan and Russia. Mr. J believes that offering a variety of different teaching methods and motivating children to reflect on their work will encourage them to take risks, make mistakes and learn from them. This will then result in them being confident, independent children. In his spare time, Mr. J enjoys fitness regimes, playing sports, exploring countries and watching/reading things which make him think about work... life or just laugh!
